Great pic! It took me back to a happy memory from years ago. I took my kids to their first ballet in 1998. It just happened to be the very same Moscow Ballet Company performing the Nutcracker at the Strand Theatre in Shreveport, LA (a landmark). Even their father consented to go with us and dressed for the occassion. The lights dim, the performance begins. We are settled in our balcony box seats. Forgetting about her "quiet voice", my four year old daughter looks up and asks very loudly "But Daddy, WHY are those boys dancing in panty hose?!" I have never been to another live performance of the Nutcracker because nothing could ever top that experience.
