We are having snow now,but nothing near what you are having ! I am sure glad that I no longer work at a grocery store. Around here when folks hear the “S” word,they seem to picture being snowed in for weeks at a time !!LOL Hope you get to enjoy a nice weekend.

Oh, I love my camera, but am not nearly the photographer that you are! Lishi has been showing me some stuff, but I haven’t had much chance to really, really play with it! I think it would be fun to take a class sometime.

Great pic! It took me back to a happy memory from years ago. I took my kids to their first ballet in 1998. It just happened to be the very same Moscow Ballet Company performing the Nutcracker at the Strand Theatre in Shreveport, LA (a landmark). Even their father consented to go with us and dressed for the occassion. The lights dim, the performance begins. We are settled in our balcony box seats. Forgetting about her “quiet voice”, my four year old daughter looks up and asks very loudly “But Daddy, WHY are those boys dancing in panty hose?!” I have never been to another live performance of the Nutcracker because nothing could ever top that experience.
